Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-demand periods (such as new releases or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates!
• No Orders will be shipped to a P.O. Box!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, feel free to reach out to us at hello@authoraubryj.com so we can support you where possible.
